A Breathwork Journey is a guided experience that uses conscious connected breathing, music, and sensory tools like headphones and blindfolds to help you access deeper emotional states and release stored tension, stress, or emotional blockages. It’s a somatic and inward journey — not just relaxation, but an emotional detox, nervous system reset, and a way to reconnect with your inner clarity.
-
Yes, absolutely. You don’t need any prior experience. The session is guided from beginning to end and is accessible whether it’s your first time or you’ve done breathwork before. All that’s required is a willingness to be present, breathe, and feel.
-
This journey is based on conscious connected breathwork — also known as transformational breathwork. It involves continuous breathing without pauses between the inhale and exhale, typically through the mouth or sometimes a combination of nose and mouth. This rhythm allows the breath to move energy through the body, surface emotions, and drop you out of your mind and into your body.
-
Each session begins with a moment to ground and connect with your personal intention. From there, we move through a guided breathwork journey supported by music, voice, and the use of headphones and blindfolds to deepen the inner experience. Sessions may include active breathing, emotional release, movement, sound, and breath holds — all designed to support deep transformation and integration. We close with a period of stillness, reflection, and optional sharing. While the core journey lasts about an hour, we allow up to two hours total for arrival, setup, and post-session integration.

Breathwork can support emotional release — including feelings like sadness, grief, or anger — and can help relieve stress and regulate the nervous system. It often brings clarity around life decisions or emotional blocks, creates a sense of connection to the body, and can help release old stories, patterns, or limiting beliefs stored in the subconscious. Many people leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, more present, and empowered.
-
Yes, the space is held with trauma sensitivity in mind. You are always encouraged to go at your own pace and honor your body’s signals. That said, this is not therapy. While breathwork can be deeply healing, it’s not a replacement for professional support. If you have a history of complex trauma, dissociative patterns, or are currently in emotional crisis, it’s best to speak with a therapist or reach out before attending.
-
That’s totally okay, and often part of the process. You are always in control, and you can slow down or stop at any time. You’ll be guided throughout to stay grounded and present, and emotional expression — whether it’s crying, sound, or movement — is welcome. You don’t need to hold anything back, and you’re not alone.
-
Yes, breathwork is not suitable for everyone. If you have cardiovascular issues, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, seizures, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or a history of psychosis, it’s important to consult your doctor before attending. If you’re pregnant or have had recent surgery, please reach out first as modifications may be needed. This practice can create strong physiological and emotional effects, so it’s important to take care.
-
No. Sharing at the end is completely optional. You’re welcome to keep your process private or speak if you feel called, but there’s no expectation or pressure. This is your journey, and how you move through it is entirely up to you.
